About us
OUR HISTORY
Mac Machining Limited are a family run Precision Engineering company. Mr & Mrs Jordan founded Mac Machining Limited in 1994. The company provides high quality engineering support that earns commendation and repeat business from its customers. The team of highly experienced production and administrative team always take time to provide helpful and friendly service to established customers, as well as to new clients making their first enquiry.
Over the years
As Mac Machining grew over the years, Mr & Mrs Jordan always worked hard to ensure that the “Family Business” character continued. This was apparent when their son Stuart joined the company in 2001; who has been invaluable with maintaining the high standard of service and machining, which Mac Machining is renowned for. Stuart now runs the company as Managing Director alongside his wife Hayley and both have invested as much time, love and development into Mac Machining as Mr & Mrs Jordan did back in 1994.

in what we do
Mac Machining Limited work simultaneously with Design and Project Engineers, so we are able to offer input & sound advice on the design and manufacturing of new component parts. This can be invaluable to our customers modifications, lead times and costings. Our consultative approach is designed to assist our clients by keeping them well informed on their prototype or small/medium batch orders; from the moment we quote their drawings to the time their bespoke items leave our workshop.
Mac Machining’s central location – (20 minutes from the M5, M42 junctions) is located close to the centre of the UK Motorway Network ensuring our customers finished products can be quickly despatched.
QUALITY CONTROL
At Mac Machining our quality control starts from the moment goods are delivered. We examine all material at Goods Inward, before documenting their delivery. This enables our quality control team to access full traceability of our stock if needed.
Before our parts are dispatched, quality control inspect goods to make sure they meet our required standards. Inspection is carried out using a range of digital measuring equipment, verniers, internal and external micrometres and the Keyence IM6225. All of our quality control equipment is regularly calibrated.
Our Machines
We hold a variety of CNC and Manual Milling & Turning machines, which enable us to machine parts to your exact specifications to a tolerance of +-.001mm. Please look at some of the machines we hold at Mac Machining to give you an idea of our capabilities to manufacture your components.

Regulated by a variator board allowing the speed to be adapted to every thread type.
XYZ Proturn SLX 355 Lathe
With a swing over bed 360mm, spindle bore 52mm and distance between centres 1000mm.
Hurco VM30i Milling Machine
With table limits of X = 1270 and Y = 508 (20 station tool carousel).
